We are seeking a person who:

• Is a born-again follower of Jesus Christ, living a spirit-led life according to Biblical virtues

• Has seminary training, preferably a Masters Degree

• Has more than 6 years of experience as a Pastor

• Has strengths in engaging and relatable preaching, building relationships, and has excellent leadership qualities

• Has experience in counseling those with personal and spiritual needs

• Is honest and trustworthy

• Values prayer as a priority

• Is motivated by people and will strive to really get to know his church family

• Has strong Biblical knowledge and can apply it to everyday life

The Lead Senior Pastor will be responsible for:

• Preaching and teaching: The Lead Senior Pastor will be responsible for preaching and teaching the Word of God in a way that is engaging, relatable, and applicable to everyday life. They will also oversee the preaching and teaching ministry of the church.

• Pastoral care: The Lead Senior Pastor will provide pastoral counseling for congregation members

• Leadership: The Lead Senior Pastor will lead the staff and congregation in implementing the church's vision in close relationship with the Elder's Board. They will also assist the board in casting vision for the future, in training and discipling leaders, and actively promoting reaching out to the lost with the gospel.

• Prayer: The Lead Senior Pastor will value prayer as a priority and demonstrate a strong commitment to prayer.

• Relationship building: The Lead Senior Pastor will have strengths in building relationships and will be motivated by people. They will strive to really get to know his church family.

• Biblical knowledge: The Lead Senior Pastor will have strong Biblical knowledge and can apply it to everyday life.
